If you’d rather not drink a warm smoothie, but you’re still craving heat, whip up this Spicy Chai Smoothie!


  • ½ a frozen banana
  • 1 serving Vanilla Chai Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • 1½ cups coconut milk
  • ½ inch fresh ginger
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Ice, if desired
