Matcha Avocado Smoothie

With two preparation options, this matcha avocado smoothie can double as a latte during the colder months. Either blend with ice for a cool green tea treat, or warm the almond milk and enjoy as a green tea latte that has protein, greens, and vitamins.


  • 1 cup Silk® Unsweetened Almondmilk
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • 2 tsp matcha
  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • A few drops of peppermint extract


  1. Hot: Warm almond milk. Blend with ingredients until frothy.

  2. Cold: Add ice and blend until smooth.
