This low-calorie smoothie includes some of the freshest in-season summer produce. Melon, cucumber, and spinach are all high in water, so this smoothie is an extra hydrating way to start your day.



  • ½ cup honeydew or cantaloupe
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • 1 big handful spinach
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1½ cups water
  • 1 serving Natural or French Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake


  1. Blend until smooth.
