Entertaining friends for a big game? Whip up a quick plant-based 7 layer dip!
- 2 large avocados
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- A pinch of salt
- 1 (16oz) can refried beans
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- 3/4 cups vegan sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegan shredded cheese
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup whole black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Mash avocados with hot sauce, lime juice and salt.
In a glass casserole dish, spread refried beans followed by mashed avocado, salsa and sour cream. Top with green onions, olives and cilantro.
Serve cold with chips and veggies to dip.
