7 Layer Dip

7 Layer Dip

Entertaining friends for a big game? Whip up a quick plant-based 7 layer dip!

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 (16oz) can refried beans
  • 1 cup fresh salsa
  • 3/4 cups vegan sour cream
  • 1/2 cup vegan shredded cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup whole black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Preparation

  • Mash avocados with hot sauce, lime juice and salt.

  • In a glass casserole dish, spread refried beans followed by mashed avocado, salsa and sour cream. Top with green onions, olives and cilantro.

  • Serve cold with chips and veggies to dip.
