The process for making Vega Protein Cashewmilk Yogurt Alternative is similar to the way traditional dairy yogurt is made. We start with cashewmilk and pea protein, and ferment it. After pasteurizing the cashewmilk and pea protein, we add the live and active cultures S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus, and Bifidobacterium lactis, and then incubate it for just the right amount of time and at a specific temperature that enables the fermentation process to take place
