The avocado and flax make this a great chocolate strawberry smoothie. Not only does avocado make your smoothie thick and creamy but it also contributes a high dose of good for you fats, plus vitamins and minerals. The flax contributes omega-3 fatty acids, helping the body more efficiently burn fat as fuel as well as helping to reduce exercise induced inflammation.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth.
