Don’t let the color fool you! This spinach banana smoothie is a delicious way to increase your intake of leafy greens–and you’ll barely know they’re there!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1 cup cold, unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1 serving French Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (optional)
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
