Peggy K’s Vegan Shamrock Smoothie

Peggy K came up with this shamrock smoothie in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, and we’re super thankful she did. After all, St. Paddy’s wouldn’t be complete without a green brew or two. Hangovers not included.

Ingredients

  • 1 full avocado
  • 1 tsp mint extract or 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbsp coconut nectar
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 scoop French Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
