Vega Chocolate Protein Balls

Packed with vegan goodness to compliment any plant-based diet on-the-go, these vegan protein snacks are coated in our Vega maca chocolate bars for a Halloween treat that’s a great snack all year round.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the chocolate for melting) in a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Roll dough into 1” bite sized balls (add more nut butter if consistency is too dry to roll into balls).

  3. Place balls on a parchment-covered tray. Melt  3 Vega Maca chocolate bars in wither a double boiler or in the microwave.

  4. Coat the balls in the melted chocolate and refrigerate until hardened.
