Sunflower Mixed Berry Smoothie

This smoothie combines the salty taste of sunflower seeds with an added crunch of sprouted grains as a topping, turning a simple berry smoothie into a unique treat. Combined with blueberries, strawberries, and Vega One® All-in-One Shake in French Vanilla, you can start the day off right with this plant-based, fiber packed beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seed butter
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup sprouted grains cereal
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into your high-speed blender aside from your cereal and fresh blueberries. Blend until well combined yet still thick.

  • Pour into a glass, top with sprouted grains cereal and fresh blueberries and enjoy!
