A protein-packed taste of the tropics, this Vega Sport Pineapple Mango Smoothie is the perfect recovery smoothie after a hot run or bike ride.


  • ½ cup frozen pineapple, cubed
  • ½ cup frozen mango, cubed
  • 1 big handful of spinach
  • 1 serving of Vanilla Vega Sport® Performance Protein
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional


  1. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
