Mint Maca Cookie Dough Smoothie

Cookie dough. Enough said. Taking nutritious and delicious to a whole new level, Tess Masters of theblendergirl.com shares her Mint Maca Cookie Dough Smoothie. This lick-the-bowl recipe has over 20 grams of protein with an indulgent taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 serving Chocolate Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • ½ cup raw unsalted cashews, soaked
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp raw almond butter
  • 1 tsp powdered Vega® Maca
  • ½ tsp natural mint extract
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except ice to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy smooth.

  2. Add the ice and blend for just a few more seconds until chilled and smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
