Mango Lassi Smoothie

This refreshing Indian-inspired smoothie blends non-dairy yogurt with mango and cardamom. Whip this up with or without Vega Protein Smoothie for a tasty snack or cooling accompaniment to a spicy Indian feast!


  • 1 cup mango, frozen
  • ¼ cup non-dairy yogurt
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup ice
  • (Optional) 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens


  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
