Blueberry Smoothie

Rosemary is one of my all-time favorite herbs! In addition to the unique flavor profile and incredible aroma, it’s loaded with powerful antioxidants. So why not throw it into your morning blueberry smoothie?

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 2 inch piece of jicama (optional)
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½-1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 serving French Vanilla Vega One™ Nutritional Shake

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender (liquids first).

  2. Blend until smooth.
