Healthy Tiramisu Smoothie

A crave-worthy smoothie that easily gives you the decadent taste of tiramisu, made with exclusively clean, plant-based ingredients. Try this as a post-workout smoothie, or swap the coffee for decaf if you’d like to drink it at night as a dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled coffee; or cold brew
  • ⅓ cup non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 serving Mocha, Chocolate or Vanilla flavor Vega Sport® Performance Protein
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • Coconut whipped cream (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, liquids first

  2. Blend until smooth (1 minute)

  3. Optional—mix coconut whipped cream throughout smoothie

  4. Top with chocolate shavings, cinnamon or cacao nibs– optional
