Ginger Cranberry Smoothie

We’ve added just the right amount of ginger to add a little zip to this this tangy mid-winter smoothie. It might not melt the snow outside, but it’ll certainly help you conquer it, Vega-style.


  • ½ cup cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ inch chunk of peeled ginger
  • 1 serving Natural Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional: agave nectar, or sweetener of preference to taste


  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
