Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie

The funky monkey is our version of a Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie! A fun new way to share the deliciousness of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with your kids, this PB & J Smoothie has all the flavor, but none of the wheat and gluten that a regular sandwich has. With the added frozen berries, almond milk, and Vega Protein Smoothie, your kids will be getting a ton of extra plant-based nutrients; best part is, they’ll love it! Perfect for families on a fully plant-based diet, or those looking to add more plant-based ingredients to their life!

Ingredients

  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1-2 tsp all natural raspberry jam
  • 3 cubes ice

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
