Frozen Fudge Pops

Whether you’re feeding a kid, or are a kid-at-heart, these Fudge Pops from Peggy K’s new Kitchen Cures are sure to win over hearts this summer.


  • 1 really ripe avocado
  • 1¾ cups vanilla coconut milk
  • ¼ cup + 1Tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ cup coconut sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp salt


  1. Scoop out avocado into a food processor.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

  3. Pour the filling into popsicle molds.

  4. Freeze for 30 minutes, then insert popsicle sticks and continue freezing overnight (or at least 3 hours).
