Fresh Veggie and Hummus Wrap

Variety is the spice of life, so why make your usual wrap? Slice and dice this array of bright fruits and vegetables with a multitude of textures. Spreading your super food hemp seed hummus over a dark leafy green, and pile on your choice of everything from crunchy pepper to tropical mango. Make this wrap your own with your personalized fillings!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup hemp seed hummus
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • ½ red pepper, sliced
  • Kale or collard green leaves
  • ¼ mango, chopped
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp seeds (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seed, or hemp seeds)
  • ½ cup sprouts

Preparation

  1. To assemble the wrap, lay the kale or collard green flat on the countertop. Spread hemp seed hummus all over the base of the wrap.

  3. Once finished layering all the vegetables on the wrap, fold in the outer sides of the wrap and roll to enclose all the items within the wrap, and enjoy!
