These energy bites are a go-to source of energy for actress and healthy living ambassador Jacynthe René for long days on shoot.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup raw almonds
  • ¾ cup dates
  • ¼ cup dried apricots
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp Vega® Maca
  • ½ tsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 heaping Tbsp coconut butter
  • ⅓ cup Vanilla Vega Sport® Performance Protein

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a sticky texture.

  2. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
