Cran-Orange Smoothie

Fresh cranberries are abundant in all their red glory at this time of year. These tart berries add an antioxidant-packed punch to any dish—and they’re especially delicious when blended into smoothies. Try combining them with oranges and a pinch of cinnamon for a fall-inspired treat.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup whole cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 serving Berry Vega One® All-in-One Shake
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup ice

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
