Get hot. How hot? Real hot. Embrace your red-hot love of cinnamon with this cinnamon heart smoothie.


  • 1 cup unsweetened Silk CreamyCashew milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Essentials
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp cinnamon sugar (or 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp sugar)
  • ¼ cup ice
  • 1 tsp natural cinnamon extract (optional)
