Chocolate Covered Strawberry Recovery Smoothie

The avocado and flax make this a great post – workout smoothie. Not only does avocado make your smoothie thick and creamy but it also contributes a high dose of healthy, satiating fats, plus many essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients. The flax contributes a nice dose of omega-3 fatty acids, helping the body more efficiently burn fat as fuel as well as helping to reduce exercise induced inflammation.



  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
