Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread Smoothie

You’ve got zucchini to use and can only make so many zucchini noodles before your family starts asking for something else for dinner. We’ve got you covered with this chocolate chip zucchini bread smoothie. It’s breakfast and dessert all in one and will help you get the most out of that zucchini in no time flat.


  • 1 cup almond milk (increase to 1½ cup for a thinner smoothie)
  • ½ a banana
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Essentials
  • ¼ cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon and sea salt
  • Optional: top with vegan chocolate chips and/or chopped walnuts
