Avocado Smoothie

Rich in unsaturated fats which promote healthy skin, avocado is a delicious addition to any meal. Try adding it to your next chocolate smoothie for a creamy and decadent treat!


  • 1 serving Chocolate Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1½ cups non-dairy milk (coconut, almond, or hemp)


  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
