A caramel apple to be enjoyed without getting your teeth stuck together. Enjoy this Caramel Apple Smoothie during Halloween or anytime you’re craving something tart AND sweet.


  • 4 dates, pitted and soaked
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, cored
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 serving Vanilla Chai Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • Splash lemon juice, optional (use if you like a more tart caramel apple)
  • Pinch of cinnamon, optional


  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
