Raspberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Happy Canada Day from Vega HQ! Start the day as a proud Canadian would with a delicious, nourishing and very patriotic Canada Day Smoothie Bowl!

Ingredients

  • White Layer Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ⅛ cup Silk®Original Coconutmilk
  • Shredded coconut, as needed
  • Red Layer Ingredients
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen cherries
  • ¼ cup Silk®Original Coconutmilk
  • 1 serving Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
  • Topping Options :
  • 2 Tbsp gluten-free granola
  • 1-2 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp goji berries, soaked
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut
  • Fresh raspberries or cherries and banana slices

Preparation

  1. Combine all white layer ingredients in a blender

  2. Blend, scraping blender as required

  3. Slowly add more liquid, if required

  4. Set aside in a chilled glass bowl

  5. Combine all red layer ingredients

  6. Blend, scraping blender as required

  7. Slowly add more liquid, if required

  8. Layer red, white, red smoothie in a in chilled glass bowl

  9. Add toppings of your choice

  10. Enjoy!
