This easy smoothie recipe is perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack.


  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
  • ½ a banana
  • 1 serving Berry Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
  • 1 cup cold water (optional unsweetened berry juice)
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
