    The recommended serving size is 1 ounce a day. There’s a lot of nutrition packed into that single ounce—including Omega-3s, fiber and protein. While it may be tempting, we don’t recommend downing a whole 5 ounce bag of SaviSeed in one sitting—that much fiber, Omega-3, and protein can overwhelm even a robust digestive system! (Pour out a portion into a bowl if you find it hard to resist going back for more).

  • Why are Vega SaviSeeds roasted, not raw?

    SaviSeeds (sacha inchi seeds) must be roasted in order to be digested and assimilated by your body.

  • I have a nut allergy. Are Vega SaviSeeds nuts?

    Although they look and taste like a nut, Vega SaviSeeds are classified as seeds. However, SaviSeeds are processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts and peanuts, so we do not guarantee nut-free status for SaviSeeds. Since SaviSeeds are new to many people’s diets, they should always be tried first in small amounts.
