Oranges have an uplifting and energizing scent, and they’re also loaded with vitamin C which is perfect for keeping your immune systems strong. This vitamin C smoothie is combined with nutrient-dense Vega® Protein & Greens, mandarin oranges and ginger for a breakfast you’ll look forward to when the alarm goes off!
- 1 scoop Vanilla Vega® Protein & Greens
- 3 small or 2 medium mandarin oranges, peeled
- 1 cup Silk® unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp dried ginger
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4-5 ice cubes
Add all ingredients except for the ice to your blender and blend until completely smooth.
Toss in a few ice cubes and continue blending, adjusting the thickness by adding more if you wish.
Pour into a tall glass and serve garnished with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon if you like.
