Pre-workout Smoothie

Welcome this smoothie with the change of the season – a perfect “meal” before heading out for a long workout. Thanks to the combination of fruit and coconut you’ll get both immediate and sustained energy. Bonus: coconut butter digests easily in the body and offers a host of health benefits – as athletes the best benefit is the body’s ability to immediately convert it to lasting energy.

  • 1 serving Vega Sport® Pre-Workout Energizer
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp coconut butter or 2 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Water and ice


  • Add all ingredients to blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Enjoy!
