Green Garbanzo Mint Smoothie

No longer just in salads, green garbanzos can also be added to smoothies. Puréed to perfection, this Green Garbanzo Mint Smoothie is rich, smooth, and refreshing. Look for green garbanzo beans or fresh garbanzo beans in the produce section or freezer aisle this spring!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup green garbanzo beans, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 serving Natural Vega One™ Nutritional Shake

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Enjoy.
