It might be crazy, but this is one of our favorite green smoothie recipes. Edamame adds even more protein to this Vega One smoothie, while ginger kicks the heat up a notch.
- ½ cup edamame, frozen, not in shell
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup ice
- 1½ cups water
- 1 serving Natural Vega One™ Nutritional Shake
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 lime, juiced
Blend in a high speed blender.
