Tart Cherry Pre-Workout Gummies

Makes 16 | 30 Minute Prep Time

Looking for another way to get jazzed about workout? Make a batch of good-for-you gummy candies! Tart cherries not only good for post-workout, they supply useable carbohydrates and inflammation management right from the beginning. If you’re worried about having too much liquid sloshing around in your stomach pre-workout, these gummies are an alternative to mixing Vega Sport Sugar-Free Energizer or Vega Sport Pre-Workout Energizer in water. Try out these tasty refreshing gummies pre-workout for energy to burn.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Bring the water and tart cherry juice to a simmer.
  2. Add in agar agar flakes and Sugar-Free Energizer stir to completely dissolve.
  3. Simmer while continuously stirring for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour into a shallow baking dish so that the mixture is no more than 2 inches thick or pour into an ice cube tray.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
  6. Run a toothpick or knife around the edges of tray to loosen the gummies. If poured into a dish, cut in to bite-sized cubes.
  7. Keep refrigerated, until 20 minutes before your workout.
