Raspberry Lime Pre-Workout Smoothie

A Raspberry Lime Rickey is the perfect summer drink. Why not enjoy it pre-workout, with a healthy blend of low- and high-glycemic fruits and holistic sources of caffeine.


  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 4 dried dates
  • 2 cups iced tea (with or without caffeine)
  • 1 squeezed lime
  • 1 serving of Sugar-Free Energizer or Vega Sport® Pre-Workout Energizer
