Summer Hydration Dos and Don’ts

Ever had a day go by in the summer where you’re just too busy to think about stopping for a snack or sip of water? Here are some dos and don’ts for staying well hydrated all summer long.

DO: Find a fun and flavorful way to remember your water bottle

Find a reusable water bottle that is easy to carry around—by hand or tossed into your everyday bag. A fun design doesn’t hurt either. If what’s in your water bottle is flavorful, you’re much more likely to drink it. Add slices of fresh fruit, herbs, or an electrolyte powder for a little zing, as well as an antioxidant boost.

DON’T: Let the day go by without one sip
