Q: “Vega One gave me gas. Why?”

A: Hey, gas happens. I get it. Vega One™ offers 6 grams of fiber from flaxseed and inulin. While fiber is a good thing, it can make you gassy, especially if you aren’t used to that much fiber all at once. It may help to start with a small amount of Vega One (Maybe ¼ scoop) and increase your water intake to help your body adjust to the higher fiber intake. Talk to your healthcare practitioner if you have specific medical questions
