FAQ: I lost my scoop, how much should I eat?

Q: “I lost my scoop, how much of this product should I eat?”

A: No worries, we all lose things from time to time. Just like mittens left on the bus, your scoop may come back to you one day, but it if doesn’t we have you covered. Sometimes the scoop does find its way to the bottom of the tub. I recommend giving your tub a little shake and it may make its way to the top again.

If it doesn’t appear or if you would prefer to use a spoon, move to plan B. Our products are measured in grams with the total scoop weight varying depending on the flavor. Technically speaking, grams are a unit of measuring mass, commonly used in cooking to measure powders, whereas tablespoon is a measure of volume, commonly used in cooking to measure liquids.

We’re all different which is what makes us so wonderful, but that also makes this question a little tricky to answer. Are you a level tablespoon kind of person? Maybe you like a nice rounded tablespoon. Maybe you like to fly by the seat of your pants and just guess the approximate amount. I’m usually a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants kind of gal, but let me get technical for a moment and head to our Vega HQ Kitchen to check the 1-to-1 equivalents…
