Switching from Whey to Plant-based Proteins

I turned vegan at the start of the year, after years of being vegetarian. I have to say, it has changed my life and body for the better.

In the past, I only knew of was whey protein, so when I decided to go vegan I had never heard of vegan protein powder. I did some research and came across Vega Sport Performance Protein.

It is a great tasting protein. I use it throughout the day, and before and after a workout. I also use the Pre-Workout Energizer, which is great and natural—especially when compared to other pre-workout products, which just seem like chemical experiments.
