Thai Green Goddess Smoothie

Dreaming of a tropical get away? This smoothie blends the antioxidant rich greens of kale and spinach with sweet icy mango and pineapple. Topped with Thai flavors like bright cilantro and lime juice, our riff on a Green Goddess smoothie will keep you full with fiber and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup coconut water or non-dairy milk
  • ½ cup pineapple, frozen, pieces
  • ½ cup mango, frozen, pieces
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 large piece kale or swiss chard
  • ¼ bunch cilantro
  • 2 limes, juiced and zest
  • 1 serving Vega One Nutritional Shake French Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
