Title: Yoga Instructor
My mission is to empower people of all ages and help them maintain their natural radiance while having fun. I feel blessed to have the opportunity to put my passion into action. I teach many styles of yoga in Ottawa, at Rama Lotus and Upward Dog yoga centres and in some schools. I am currently working on creating a bilingual kids yoga teacher training program.
At the age of 12, I became a vegetarian and an avid runner. I have been running regularly since then and don’t plan to stop any time soon. I am grateful for the VEGA products. They give me the energy and nutrition I need to keep up. My favorite product is the chocolate-flavored whole food optimizer. It's quick convenient and yummy!
